To this end, we are currently working on a pilot project to pair a nurse with each doctor.

A team of 9 liaison nurses who coordinate the continuum of care for all general practitioners, specialists and specialist nurses.
Privileged access to specialists in our network (many specialties, including: endocrinology, psychiatry, gynaecology, neurology, orthopaedics).
Excellent relations with our clinics' CIUSSSs, which allow us to set up exclusive corridors and specialised professional resources (ex.: occupational therapy in mental health, physiotherapy, etc.).
